I hired Trevor as the listing agent for my mother’s house. This was not a typical real estate transaction as my mother has dementia and her house was an absolute mess. There was also a reverse mortgage on her home and a non-compliant septic to name a few challenges. I honestly would have had a nervous breakdown if it wasn’t for Trevor. He kept me calm and on task (which wasn’t an easy thing to do). I found Trevor to be incredibly intelligent-but not in an intimidating way. He has the remarkable ability to think quickly and come up with creative and effective solutions. I always felt comfortable calling him and he helped me so much! My mother’s home sold quickly in less than a week and at a price that I was very happy with.
