This was not a typical real estate transaction as my mother has dementia and her house was an absolute mess. There was also a reverse mortgage on her home and a non-compliant septic to name a few challenges. I honestly would have had a nervous breakdown if it wasn’t for Trevor. He kept me calm and on task (which wasn’t an easy thing to do). I found Trevor to be incredibly intelligent-but not in an intimidating way. He has the remarkable ability to think quickly and come up with creative and effective solutions. I always felt comfortable calling him and he helped me so much! My mother’s home sold quickly in less than a week and at a price that I was very happy with. I pray that when I sell my home Trevor will still be in the real-estate business as I don’t believe another realtor could ever fill his shoes. Thank you, Trevor. I was looking for a home in such a specific area with a narrow price point in mind. I wanted a specific town, some yard but not too much, kind of a fixer upper but no major projects. Trevor found me exactly what I wanted… and then I realized I didn’t actually want that. 😖 Absolutely NO problem though, we re-evaluated what I wanted and had some more showings scheduled within a couple days. He found me exactly what I wanted at the perfect price point in the ONE small town I wanted to live in. I was heartbroken, knowing the chances of the first offer being accepted I knew I most likely wouldn’t get this house. Wrong again. We got it, and he negotiated me even more flooring allowance than was originally offered. Definitely will be pushing my friends to call up Trevor when they start buying homes, because I’ll know they’ll be in great hands!
